2. Working Principle
The high linear velocity (generated at the high speed rotating rotor of the High-shear Homogenizing Emulsifier) and strong kinetic energy (generated by the high frequency mechanical effect) put the materials under comprehensive action such as strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction, crash etc between the precision gap of the stator and rotor. As the result, the solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase which is insoluble at beginning will prompt evenly dispersed and emulsified after adopting mature production processing and proper quantity additives.
3. Main Features
Inline High-shear Emulsifier consists of one set of precision engineered stator and rotor inside the chamber. The strong centrifugal forces generated by the high speed rotation rotor absorb the materials into the working chamber of the rotor and stator from axial direction. All the materials dispersed, sheared and emulsified by the multi-layers Stator & Rotor and then ejected from the axial direction. Stable finished products with high quality are produced after one time circulation or times.
