Laminar Air Flow Horizontal



The bench is made of thick ply board, and reinforced with teak wood where every necessary. All visible surface are laminated with white decolam Lamination. All interior surfaces are painted with air drying Epoxy paint. The filter seat has rubber padding for a perfect rubber to rubber sealing.
The Front & side panels are made of Perspex sheet.

At the delivery end, the unit is provided with Super Air H.E.P.A. Filters, Comprising of non-woven microfibre glass pleated media. The pleats are separated by corrugated aluminium foil separators. Initial pressure drop is less then 25mm W.C. at rated flow D.O.P. efficiency is better than 99.97% down to 0.3% microns particle size. The HEPA Filters are protected by a plastic/Aluminium grill.

Laminar Flow Cabinets are self-contained workstation units available in either horizontal or vertical laminar flow models. They can be placed within a clean room to create an ultra-clean environment or used to provide an individual clean air environment for small items not requiring a full-size Clean room.

For some applications it may not be ideal to use either a horizontal laminar flow hood or a vertical. For example, where an operator has to work on Celling / Filling machine . This simple and portable unit produces a unidirectional flow. A bacteria free air space at an inclination over the work area. It is specially designed to minimize the risk of transferred contamination. the unit is self supported from the floor and totally isolated from the Celling / Filling machine. Rest of the features are same as of LAMINAR .

Clean Air Tent




These are overhead clean air modules mounted on roof or with steel frame on the ground. Units can be built with / without casters so the clean enclosure can be moved over equipment or used to isolate a controlled process. It is basically used for filling, refilling weighing and sampling/Dispensing of Raw Material, Basic Compounds, Active Compounds, works on the principal of laminar air flow with HEPA Filters & Pre-Filters.

It provides:- This will act as a Class 100 Room. Protection of the personnel in the cabinet from the processed substances by vertical flow of clean air protection of the raw and intermediate products to be processed. Protection of the room where the cabinet is built up and environment from highly active substance which otherwise would disperse in the room and escape in the atmosphere unfiltered. Safe collection and deposition of substance released during work.

Biological Safety Cabinets (biohood) Class Ii



Applications include isolation and identification of plant/human pathogens, work in virology, tissue culture, sterility testing and recombinant DNA research. This Biohazard Cabinet offers operator protection from low to moderate risk biological agents (or chemical carcinogens(, while providing a sterile work environment for the procedure. The cabinet is kept under negative pressure with partial quantity of recirculated air exhausted through a HEPA filter. External exhaust from the laboratory is optional.

The Biological Safety Cabinet is similar in performance and specification to the Vertical Series, described on reserse.
